travers le pays, du Manitoba à la Nouvelle-Écosse, devant des foules de
300 à plus de 50 000 personnes. Le groupe utilise des décors de scène,
des costumes et même de la pyrotechnie !

Hello to each and
everyone! Welcome on our new Website.
At the time of our 10th Aniversary (already 10 years!)
we come with a very new image and many surprises for you throughout 2009.
Unable to wait any longer, I decided to put all this new material online as
of October '08.
Many things have happened since '99! In the name of
the other members of Runaway, I make a point of thanking all the musicians
who shared and brought so much to this beautiful project during 1 decade (I
remember that nobody believed or wanted us when we started out this
project: A
tribute to Bon Jovi?? It will never.. ever work!!!) Well... it looks like we kinda succeeded since after
500 shows, 19 different musicians putting all their hearts and believes
each in their own way to put blood into the veins of Runaway and helped the
band to advance during this journey! (I also
include the Keep The Faith band era who was filled with magic moments).
Thank you Carbo, Séb, Yannick, Jonathan (who launched the idea), Eric,
Michel, Marc, David, Serge, JF, Phil, Pascal and Hugo. I want to make a
point of thanking Jean-Patrice who has been with us since the beginning, in
the cool and less cool moments. Thank you to ''Runaway- The New
Generation'', Yvan, Robin and Dominic for
your dedication and exemplary work on stage. It is a pleasure to play with
you guys!
Behind the success of a band there is a team: We want
to mention the work of Jocelyn in the past, and now Hugues, Eric and all
the others who work hard to keep the boat with floods. Of course, all this
would not be possible without the inveterate fans of JBJ's music and those
who are supporting us since the beginning (I must mention Annick with her
million photographs!) and the patience and understanding of my family and
friends!
A HUGE party is on its way for the ultimate 10th
Aniversary show! Until then, it will be a real pleasure for Runaway to
spend One Wild evening with you!

Hé! Salutations à tous et toutes!!
Bienvenue à vous sur notre tout nouveau site Web. À l’occasion de notre
10ième Anniversaire (déjà 10 ans !) nous avons une toute nouvelle image et
bien des surprises pour vous tout au long de l’année 2009. N’en pouvant
plus d’attendre, j’ai décidé de mettre en ligne tout ce nouveau matériel
dès octobre ’08.
Il s’en est passé bien des choses depuis ’99 ! Au nom des autres membres de
Runaway, je tiens à remercier tous les musiciens qui ont partagé et apporté
beaucoup à ce beau projet depuis 1 décennie (je n’en reviens pas encore, dire qu’au tout début,
personne ne voulait de nous et nous disait : Un hommage à Bon Jovi ? Ca ne
fonctionnera jamais !).
Ben voilà ! Ca l’air que ca a réussi puisqu’après 500 shows, 19 musiciens différents
ont mis l’épaule à la roue, chacun à leur façon pour permettre à Runaway
d’avancer durant tout ce temps (J’inclus aussi la période Keep The Faith qui a tant
été remplie de moments magiques). Merci à vous, Carbo, Séb, Yannick,
Jonathan (qui a lancé l’idée), Éric, Michel, Marc, David, Serge, JF, Phil,
Pascal, Hugo, mais avant tout je tiens à remercier Jean-Patrice qui est là
depuis le début dans le moments cool et moins cool.
Un immense merci aussi à vous les gars, les ''Runaway- The New Generation'', Yvan, Robin et Dominic pour votre implication sans relâche et votre
travail des plus exemplaire sur scène. C’est un charme de jouer avec vous
les gars !
Derrière le succès d’un band il y a un équipe qui travaille dur : On ne
peut pas laisser inaperçu le travail de Jocelyn dans le passé, mais aussi
celui d’Hugues, Éric et tous les autres qui font tout en leur possible pour
garder la barque à flots. Bien sur, tout ca ne serait pas possible sans les
fans invétérés de la musique de JBJ… Ceux et celles qui nous supportent
sans relâche depuis nos débuts. (Je dois souligner Annick avec ses millions
de photos !) et la patience de ceux et celles qui m’entourent : mes ami(e)s
et ma famille !!
Un GROS party se trame pour le show ultime du 10ième Anniversaire… je vous
laisse deviner !
D’ici là, ce sera un réel plaisir pour Runaway de partager une folle soirée
avec vous !
